The pt4kids Programs

 

Program 1: After School Program

 

This program is designed for kids between 10 and 15 years of age. Each month kids will enjoy 8-10 specialized personal training sessions. All sessions are one hour in length, twice a week and guaranteed to boost energy levels and improve kids' confidence, fitness and health.

  • Body Awareness and Stretching Basics
  • Medicine ball, exercise ball and resistance band training
  • Balance, coordination and agility training
  • Proper exercise technique development
  • Mid-Section toning and strengthening
